Pickerings auto group is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your booking experience with pickerings auto group. Pickerings auto group uses cookies to allow you to login to your account and maintain booking information whilst booking your service. Cookies sent to your computer from pickerings auto group only last while you’re browsing the pickerings auto group website. Pickerings auto group do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
Whenever you use the pickerings auto group website, or partner auto group websites which are managed by our parent company Autoleague, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may access the personal information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. In order to protect your information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
You are entitled to request us to erase any personal data we hold about you under EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one month of the following:
- Our receipt of your written request; or
- Our receipt of any further information we may ask you to provide to enable us to comply with your request, whichever happens to be later.
